Greetings Adventurers,

Today we are launching the new ticket system through the Legend of Ares user portal.  This will retire the Discord ticket system. Tickets should be sent directly through the website to reach support. 

The new system will allow more support functions and allow players to reach out directly for those where Discord is blocked in their region. This is part of the larger scope of bringing all services in house to our platform.

How to submit a ticket:

1. Login to your account at Legend of Ares - Login
2. Click Tickets under the Support Section
3. Click Create a new ticket on the right
4. Enter your details for the Title, Category, and Message
5. Click Submit Ticket in the bottom right.
